Arrivals and departures regulations

Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00; please let us know your arrival time in San Teodoro as soon as possible in order to better organize your check-in. In case of arrival on Sunday or after closing time, information will be sent to reach the apartment and retrieve the keys in an agreed place; there is no surcharge.
Check out is allowed until 10 am; also in this case, please let us know the departure time as soon as possible in order to organize the return of the keys.

To streamline the check-in procedure, a few days before arrival, you will be sent an email in which you will be asked for your travel details and the completion of an online form with the details of all guests.

Unfortunately we do not have luggage deposit at the office.

The linen is provided in a set (double or single, depending on the type of bed in the house) and includes sheets and towels. You can bring your own or request a rental at least one week before arrival. The sets, for reasons of hygiene, will be provided in packages wrapped in cellophane.
Kitchen linen, on the other hand, is not provided and at home you will find a PVC tablecloth and sponges / tea towels in a courtesy set.

Is there a tourist tax in San Teodoro?
Yes, starting from 2021, the municipality of San Teodoro will charge a tourist tax. For tourists staying in facilities such as those managed by Your Sardinia (apartments, holiday homes), the amount of the tax is € 1,5 per day per person. Children under 12 years of age are exempt.
Can I also book the ferry from you?
We do not have the possibility to provide you with a package that includes accommodation and ferry, but on our website you can find a price comparator that allows you to compare the best rates and offers of the shipping companies and make the reservation in complete autonomy. In addition, if you have already booked one of our apartments, you will be provided with a discount code (generated and sent following the payment of the apartment deposit) valid for the GNV and Grimaldi companies.
The discount is never fixed and depends on the availability of the companies and the booking system.
Do you have fixed days of arrival and departure?
From 27/07 to 24/08) check-in and check-out are allowed only on Saturdays. For the remaining periods of the season there are no restrictions regarding arrival and departure.
However, requesting a quote from the form at the bottom of this page specifying the dates of your stay, we will give you all the details on our availability.
Are there beaches with limited entrance in San Teodoro?
Starting from 15 June and until 15 September, the entrance to the beaches of Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu will be limited, so you will need to make a reservation maximum the day before the actual entrance.
The reservation will be made through the SAN TEODORO SPIAGGE App or from the website https://santeodorospiagge.it/
It is possible to book for 2 days after the current day, starting at 18:00. So, for example, after 6pm on a Thursday, you can book for Saturday.

You can make a reservation by entering the following data in the form:
- Name of the beach you want to visit and booking date
- Number of guests over 12 years old
- Number of guests over 5 and / or disabled (who are included in the count but do not pay the rate)
- Name, Surname, Email and telephone number
- Code reserved for Your Sardinia guests: 852050

Payment can be made with any card, including rechargeable.
At the end of the procedure, a QR code will be generated to be presented at the beach entrance.
Each booking can be made for up to 6 people.
The rate for guests over 12 years of age is € 1 per person per booking.

In all the other beaches of San Teodoro, access is free; in the largest you will find bars, kiosks, bathing establishments for the rental of umbrellas, deck chairs, sports equipment, raft trips, etc., but there are many others that are completely wild and all to be discovered.
What to do in the evening in the center of San Teodoro?
In the streets of the center you will find many bars, restaurants, pizzerias, clubs, shops and ice cream parlors; you can dine every evening in a different place and walk with a good ice cream or chat with friends while sipping a myrtle at the bar, perhaps with live music in the background.
Furthermore, every evening from 9 pm, starting from mid-June, the “Coclearia” market will be set up, with its colorful and bright stalls full of handicrafts and typical delicacies!
A tip: the streets of the center will be closed to traffic and it will therefore be forbidden to park the car in the entire pedestrian area. If you are in the center for aperitif time, make sure you do not leave your car in the streets of the pedestrian area in the evening as from 8PM/8.30PM it becomes a forced car removal area!
