Corallo 07 (two-bedrooms Ground Floor)

The apartment has a living room with sofa, TV and kitchenette. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds (which can be joined if necessary) and a bathroom with shower.

On the outside we find a comfortable covered veranda and the garden on 3 sides.

NB: although it is part of the “Corallo three-room apartment on the ground floor”, it is distinguished from the others as it is smaller in size and because it is located in the complex adjacent to the main one.

The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is an oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.

In the rooms there are memory foam mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.

The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

The water heating system through the boiler provides hot water continuously and enough for all the occupants of the house.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Air conditioning is present both in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.

Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with table, chairs and brick barbecue. The garden is spread over 3 sides of the house and is completely enclosed by a hedge, net and gate.

The parking space is uncovered and is located in front of the house.

The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.

The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The Corallo complex consists of 7 apartments: 4 three-room apartments on the ground floor (one of which is smaller called Corallo 07), 1 three-room apartment on the first floor, 1 two-room apartment on the ground floor and one two-room apartment on the first floor.

The closest beach is La Cinta.

At 300 meters from the Corallo complex there is also a market, the Verdeacqua restaurant, a pastry shop.

The complex is in a completely residential area, very popular because it is convenient for reaching the beach and mostly made up of holiday homes.

The apartment is perfect for a family of 4 or for 2 couples.
