The apartment:
The Mediterraneo three-room apartment has a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchenette. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
In the external part we find a comfortable covered veranda with sea view and panoramic terrace on the roof.
The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via two flights of stairs.

Equipment:
The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is an oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.
In the rooms there are mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.
The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet and bidet; the washing machine, on the other hand, is located in a niche at the rear of the house, outside.
The water heating system through the boiler provides hot water continuously and enough for all the occupants of the house.
Both in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room, there is the air conditioning.
Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with table and chairs, with a splendid view of the Gulf of La Cinta with Tavolara in the background and part of the town. On the roof there is also a panoramic terrace (which is accessed via a spiral staircase) from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over a large part of San Teodoro.
The house also has a brick barbecue for exclusive use.
The parking space is private and assigned and is located on the street level.
The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.
The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The complex:
Mediterraneo is part of a group of 5 apartments managed by us which are all located in the Citai area (via Omodeo); they are all close to each other and dividing them into 3 groups are developed as follows: Tavolara and Molara are respectively located one above the other, as well as the Mediterranean and Tyrrhenian Sea, while the Molarotto apartment is located not far away and on the ground floor. The groups are between 20 and 50 meters apart.

Nearby:
The center is 700m away, less than 10 minutes on foot.
The closest restaurants are Domo Murisca (150m) and Giardinaccio (300m). The closest supermarket is Eurospin (300m). At the same distance there is also a playground with inflatables for children (open only in summer) and a public park with exercise equipment (currently being completed).
The area is mostly residential, with several holiday homes in great demand due to the sea view and proximity to the center.

The Staff Council:
For sure our most panoramic apartment; from the solarium upstairs you can enjoy a splendid view over the whole town and the beautiful beach of La Cinta. Perfect for a postcard souvenir photo!
