The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; outside it has a comfortable covered veranda overlooking the garden.

The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is an oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.

In the bedroom you will find memory foam mattress and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables. The adjustable shutters allow you to completely darken the room.

The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Air conditioning is present both in the bedroom and in the living room.

Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with table and chairs, overlooking the garden. The brick barbecue is for your exclusive use.

The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.

The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The parking space is inside the garden and closed by a gate (without lock).

The closest beach is La Cinta, while the center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

At 200 meters from the apartment there is also a market, the Verdeacqua restaurant, a pastry shop.

The complex is in a completely residential area, very popular because it is convenient for reaching the beach and mostly made up of holiday homes.

The location of the Coclearia apartment is truly strategic; you will be a short distance from La Cinta beach and the center. The supermarket within walking distance is really convenient.
