Airone Infraschiera

The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; on the outside it has a small covered veranda that overlooks the driveway.

The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is an oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.

In the bedroom you will find memory foam mattress and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.

The bathroom is blind and consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet and bidet.

The water heating system through the boiler provides hot water continuously and enough for all the occupants of the house.

Air conditioning is present both in the bedroom and in the living room.

The retractable double sliding door allows you to fully open the spaces and connect the living room to the veranda.

Outside you will find a small covered veranda, with table and chairs, which overlooks the small piece of lawn at the entrance. The barbecue is for your exclusive use.

At the rear of the house (which is accessed through the bedroom door), you will find a small paved patio and a basement with the washing machine.

The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.

The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The parking space is located in front of the complex (not assigned).

The complex:
The Airone complex is made up of 2 apartments, one in the center and one smaller infraschiera. The apartments are attached and divided by a hedge. Despite being very close to the beach, it is at the end of a private road and the area is very quiet both day and night.

The closest beach is La Cinta, while the center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

At 300 meters from the Airone complex there is also a market, the Verdeacqua restaurant, a pastry shop.

The complex is in a completely residential area, very popular because it is convenient for reaching the beach and mostly made up of holiday homes.

Perfect for couples, it is located in a very quiet area and a 5-minute walk from the beach!
