Casa Nadia First Floor

The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower; outside it has a small balcony with table and chairs.

The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs, sofa bed and TV; in the kitchenette there is a fridge, freezer, oven, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.

In the bedroom you will find mattress and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.

The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet and washing machine (NB: there is no bidet).

There is the air condition in the livingroom and in the bedroom.
Outside you will find a small covered veranda, with table and chairs.

The apartment is accessed via 2 flights of stairs; the veranda is at the entrance and is closed by a lockable gate.

The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.

The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The apartment does not have its own parking space, but there are public parking spaces right in front of the complex.

The Nadia complex consists of 2 two-room apartments, one above the other, very similar to each other. The apartments share a piece of driveway in common, but maintain two separate entrances.

Casa Nadia is in an excellent location, 750m from both the center and La Cinta beach (south entrance).

At 150 meters from the Nadia apartment you will find the Metropizzeria, while the closest supermarket is 250m away. 50m from the house you will also find the Olympia fitness center.

The apartment is in a completely residential area, very convenient for reaching the center but still remaining out of the confusion.

Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 who want to be halfway between the center and the sea
