Cormorano One-Bedroom First Floor

The Cormorano two-room type includes 2 apartments with very similar characteristics.

Both apartments are located on the first floor and consist of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; on the outside it has a small covered veranda that overlooks the driveway.

Each apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is a fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware (NB: there is no oven).

In the bedroom you will find mattress and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.

The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

There is the air condition in the bedroom.

Outside you will find a small covered veranda, with table and chairs, which overlooks the driveway.

The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.

The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The apartment does not have a parking space, but right in front of the complex you will find a large public parking lot.

The Cormorano complex consists of 3 apartments, 2 two-room apartments on the first floor and a studio apartment on the ground floor. The driveway (accessed via a wooden gate) and the external tap with handset (convenient for rinsing when returning from the beach), are shared by all apartments. The staircase leading to the first floor is shared by both apartments.

The closest beach is La Cinta, while the center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

At 200 meters from the Cormorano complex there is also a market, a beauty center and a hairdresser. The Verdeacqua restaurant and the dolce bottega pastry shop are practically opposite.

The complex is in a residential area, very popular because it is very convenient to reach the beach and mostly consists of holiday homes.

Recommended for a couple or a family with small children; being an area very close to the beach, in the evening you can enjoy a relaxing silence.
