Molarotto

The apartment:
The four-room apartment Molarotto has a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchenette. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 with single beds that can be joined) and a bathroom with shower.
On the outside there is a comfortable covered veranda overlooking the garden and a brick barbecue.

Equipment:
The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is an oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.
In the rooms there are memory foam mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.
The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The water heating system through the boiler provides hot water continuously and enough for all the occupants of the house.
There is air conditioning in the two main bedrooms and in the living room (N.B: it is not present in the smaller bedroom).
NB: the apartment, due to the conformation of the area, has a bedroom and bathroom that overlook the atrium that passes behind the house and do not receive direct sunlight; this feature makes them very cool but rather dark.
Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda with table and chairs, garden and brick barbecue for exclusive use.
The parking space is inside the garden and is closed by a gate (without lock).
The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.
The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The complex:
Molarotto is part of a group of 5 apartments managed by us which are all located in the Citai area (via Omodeo); they are all close to each other and dividing them into 3 groups are developed as follows: Tavolara and Molara are respectively located one above the other, as well as the Mediterranean and Tyrrhenian Sea, while the Molarotto apartment is located not far away and on the ground floor. The groups are between 20 and 50 meters apart.

Nearby:
The center is 700m away, less than 10 minutes on foot.
The closest restaurants are Domo Murisca (150m) and Giardinaccio (300m). The closest supermarket is Eurospin (300m). At the same distance there is also a playground with inflatables for children (open only in summer) and a public park with exercise equipment (currently being completed).
The area is mostly residential, with several holiday homes in great demand due to the sea view and proximity to the center.

The Staff's Tip:
Our largest apartment suitable for large families; comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults and 4 children!
