Vela

The apartment:
The Vela 2 bedrooms apartment has a living room with sofa, TV and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one with a regular double bed and one with a small sized double bed, and a bathroom with shower.
On the outside, immediately after the entrance, we find a covered veranda with sea view; on windy days, the comfortable transparent curtain allows you to close the arch protecting the veranda from bad weather.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed via two flights of stairs.
 
Equipment:
The apartment is equipped with a table with a PVC tablecloth, chairs and a TV; in the kitchen there are oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots and pans.
In the bedrooms you will find mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.
The bathroom has a shower with box, sink, toilet and bidet; the washing machine is located outside, behind the apartment. The water is heated by an electric water heater.
Both in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room, there is the air conditioning.
Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with side awning, table and chairs, with a splendid view of the gulf of La Cinta with Tavolara in the background and part of the town.
The parking space is private and assigned and is located on the street level.
Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.
The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).
 
The complex:
Vela is part of a group of 7 apartments managed by Your Sardinia which are all located in the Citai area (via Omodeo); they are all close to each other and there are 3 on the mezzanine floor (Molara, Timone and Tirreno) and 3 on the first floor (Tavolara, Vela and Mediterraneo); Molarotto is located, however, not far away and on the ground floor. The groups are 20 to 50 meters apart from each other.
 
Nearby:
The center is 700m away, less than 10 minutes on foot.
The closest restaurants are Domo Murisca (150m) and Giardinaccio (300m). The closest supermarket is Eurospin (300m). Also at the same distance, there is a playground with inflatables for children (open only in summer) and a public park with exercise equipment.
The area is mostly residential, with several holiday homes in great demand due to the sea view and proximity to the centre.
 
Our tip:
Thanks to the side awning, you can use the veranda even on the windiest days; in this way, in fact, the external part becomes a room protected on 4 sides but with a sea view.
