The apartment:
The 2 bedrooms apartment Timone has a living room with sofa and TV, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the outside we find a comfortable covered veranda with sea view.
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and is accessed via a flight of stairs.
 
Equipment:
The apartment is equipped with a table with a PVC tablecloth, chairs and a TV; in the kitchen there are oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots and pans.
In the bedrooms there are mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.
The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet and bidet; the washing machine is located in a small pantry adjacent to the kitchen. The water is heated by an electric water heater.
Both in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room, there is the air conditioning.
IMPORTANT: the apartment, due to the conformation of the area, has the bedrooms and the bathroom that overlook the atrium that passes behind the house and do not receive direct sunlight; this feature makes them very cool but rather dark.
Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with table and chairs, with a splendid view of the gulf of La Cinta with Tavolara in the background and part of the town.
The parking space is private and assigned and is located on the street level.
Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.
The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).
 
The complex:
Timone is part of a group of 7 apartments managed by Your Sardinia which are all located in the Citai area (via Omodeo); they are all close to each other and there are 3 on the mezzanine floor (Molara, Timone and Tirreno) and 3 on the first floor (Tavolara, Vela and Mediterraneo); Molarotto is located, however, not far away and on the ground floor. The groups are 20 to 50 meters apart from each other.
 
Nearby:
The center is 700m away, less than 10 minutes on foot.
The closest restaurants are Domo Murisca (150m) and Giardinaccio (300m). The closest supermarket is Eurospin (300m). Also at the same distance there is also a playground with inflatables for children (open only in summer) and a public park with exercise equipment.
The area is mostly residential, with several holiday homes in great demand due to the sea view and proximity to the centre.
 
Our tip:
Thanks to its proximity to the centre, you can leave your car at home when you want to spend the evening in the centre, or relax on the veranda overlooking the sea.
