The apartment:
The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; outside it has a comfortable covered veranda and a small garden along the driveway on the ground floor with barbecue.

Equipment:
The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is an oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.
In the bedroom you will find memory foam mattress and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.
The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The water heating system through the boiler provides hot water continuously and enough for all the occupants of the house.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Air conditioning is present both in the bedroom and in the living room.
Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with table and chairs. The brick barbecue is for your exclusive use on the ground floor.
The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.
The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).
The parking space is uncovered and is located in front of the house (not assigned).

The complex:
The Corallo complex consists of 7 apartments: 4 three-room apartments on the ground floor (one of which is smaller called Corallo 07), 1 three-room apartment on the first floor, 1 two-room apartment on the ground floor and one two-room apartment on the first floor.

Nearby:
The closest beach is La Cinta.
At 300 meters from the Corallo complex there is also a market, the Verdeacqua restaurant, a pastry shop.
The complex is in a completely residential area, very popular because it is convenient for reaching the beach and mostly made up of holiday homes.

The Staff's Tip:
Perfect for a couple or a family of 4; despite being on the first floor you can enjoy the BBQ for exclusive use on the ground floor. Who doesn't love summer barbecues?
