Molara

The apartment:
The Molara three-room apartment has a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchenette. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds (which can be joined if necessary) and a bathroom with shower.
On the outside we find a comfortable covered veranda.
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and is accessed via a few steps.

Equipment:
The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is an oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.
In the rooms there are memory foam mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.
The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet and bidet; the washing machine, on the other hand, is located in a closet adjacent to the living room.
The water heating system through the boiler provides hot water continuously and enough for all the occupants of the house.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Both in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room, there is the air conditioning.
NB: the apartment, due to the conformation of the area, has the bedrooms and the bathroom that overlook the atrium that passes behind the house and do not receive direct sunlight; this feature makes them very cool but rather dark.
Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda with table and chairs and a brick barbecue for exclusive use.
The parking space is private and assigned and is located on the street level.
The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.
The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The complex:
Molara is part of a group of 5 apartments managed by us which are all located in the Citai area (via Omodeo); they are all close to each other and dividing them into 3 groups are developed as follows: Tavolara and Molara are respectively located one above the other, as well as the Mediterranean and Tyrrhenian Sea, while the Molarotto apartment is located not far away and on the ground floor. The groups are between 20 and 50 meters apart.

Nearby:
The center is 700m away, less than 10 minutes on foot.
The closest restaurants are Domo Murisca (150m) and Giardinaccio (300m). The closest supermarket is Eurospin (300m). At the same distance there is also a playground with inflatables for children (open only in summer) and a public park with exercise equipment (currently being completed).
The area is mostly residential, with several holiday homes in great demand due to the proximity to the center.

The Staff's Tip:
One of the coolest apartments; being built under the rock, the rooms overlook the cavity and do not have direct sunlight, making them very fresh.
