Corallo Two-bedrooms Apartment First Floor

The apartment has a living room with sofa bed, TV and kitchenette. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds (which can be joined if necessary) and a bathroom with shower.

On the outside there is a comfortable covered veranda and a small garden on the ground floor complete with barbecue. The parking space is uncovered and adjacent to the house (not assigned).

The apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is an oven, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.

In the rooms there are memory foam mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe and bedside tables.

The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

The water heating system through the boiler provides hot water continuously and enough for all the occupants of the house.

All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Air conditioning is present both in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room.

Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with table and chairs; the brick barbecue is on the ground floor and is for exclusive use.

The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.

The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).

The Corallo complex consists of 7 apartments: 4 three-room apartments on the ground floor (one of which is smaller called Corallo 07), 1 three-room apartment on the first floor, 1 two-room apartment on the ground floor and one two-room apartment on the first floor.

The closest beach is La Cinta.

At 300 meters from the Corallo complex there is also a market, the Verdeacqua restaurant, a pastry shop.

The complex is in a completely residential area, very popular because it is convenient for reaching the beach and mostly made up of holiday homes.

Being on the first floor you are sure not to have anyone above and the light summer breeze will brighten your aperitifs or dinners outdoors on the large veranda.
