Granchio Two-Bedrooms

The apartment:
The three-room Granchio typology includes 2 apartments with very similar characteristics.
The apartments are located on the ground floor and each has a living room with sofa bed, two bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower; outside it has a comfortable covered veranda overlooking the garden.

Equipment:
Each apartment is equipped with a table with PVC tablecloth, chairs and TV; in the kitchenette there is a microwave oven (in the apartment called Northern Crab there is also a traditional oven), fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware.
In the rooms you will find mattresses and pillows (1 per person), wardrobe with mirror and bedside tables.
The bathroom consists of a shower with box, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
The water heating system through the boiler provides hot water continuously and enough for all the occupants of the house.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
Air conditioning is present both in the bedrooms and in the living room.
Outside you will find a comfortable covered veranda, with table and chairs.
The brick barbecue is for your exclusive use.
The Wi-Fi is free and you will find the password in the apartment.
The bed linen and towels are not present; you can bring your own or you can rent it (find the cost and details in the Services section).
The parking space is uncovered and is located next to the complex (not assigned).

The complex:
The Granchio complex is made up of 3 terraced apartments: 2 three-room apartments on the ground floor (both head quarter), and 1 two-room apartment on the ground floor (infraschiera). The two-room apartment and one of the three-room apartments are connected, while the other three-room apartment is separated from the remaining 2 apartments by a small covered walkway. The 3 apartments share the main driveway, but each house has its own independent entrance.

Nearby:
The closest beach is La Cinta.
At 300 meters from the Granchio complex there is also a market, the Verdeacqua restaurant, a pastry shop.
The complex is in a completely residential area, very popular because it is convenient for reaching the beach and mostly made up of holiday homes.

The apartments of the Granchio complex are ideal for groups of families, being built in rows, you can all be close together while maintaining your independence.
